By accessing or using Greenline Leads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, homeowners, contractors, partners, and anyone using our website or services.
Services Provided
Greenline Leads connects homeowners seeking home improvement and property services with independent contractor partners. Our role is to facilitate introductions by collecting homeowner requests and matching them with qualified contractors. Greenline Leads is not a contractor, construction company, or service provider. We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or warranty any work completed by contractors using our platform. Any agreement for services is solely between the homeowner and the contractor.
Homeowner Responsibilities
Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting services through Greenline Leads. Homeowners should independently evaluate any contractor they choose to hire, including reviewing qualifications, licensing, insurance, references, and pricing before entering into an agreement. Greenline Leads does not guarantee that a homeowner will receive quotes, hire a contractor, or achieve a specific project outcome.
Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors partnering with Greenline Leads agree to provide accurate business information, maintain all required licenses and insurance where applicable, and conduct business in a professional and lawful manner. Contractors are solely responsible for the services they provide, including all communication, estimates, contracts, workmanship, warranties, permits, and customer satisfaction. Greenline Leads reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate contractor partnerships at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for conduct that may negatively impact homeowners or the Greenline Leads network.
Lead Fees & Payment Terms
Contractor partners agree to pay the lead fees associated with accepted homeowner leads. Payment terms, pricing, and due dates will be communicated through invoices and other official Greenline Leads communications. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension of contractor participation until all outstanding balances have been satisfied. Greenline Leads reserves the right to modify pricing, payment policies, and contractor account status at its discretion with appropriate notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenline Leads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to contractor performance, project outcomes, delays, disputes, property damage, personal injury, or financial losses. Homeowners and contractors acknowledge that Greenline Leads acts solely as an independent referral and lead generation service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Greenline Leads website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials, is the property of Greenline Leads Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Greenline Leads reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
